Obtained from the vinification of Negroamaro selected grapes, precious gift of the ancient land of Magna Grecia.
Red ruby colour. With a winey smell and very determined scents both in intensity and in persistence, such as prunes, cherries, but also as black pepper. Its taste is pleasantly fresh and structured.
It is suggested for roasts, mature cheese and game.
Serve it in room temperature (18 – 20 °C.).
