Malvasia is an ancient aboriginal species of wine of Salento. It appears soft, bright velvety with a red ruby colour.
The very delicate, round and balanced taste is pleasantly persistent.
This wine is suitable for roast, braises, game, and for all kinds of cheese.
You taste it by room temperature: 18 – 20 °C.
