Posta Vecchia
Rosso
Salento IGP
Red wine obtained from a blend of Negroamaro, Cabernet and Sirah grapes, vinified separately according to the different times of ripening and from vineyards in the land of San Donaci, famous for its old grapes, which are growed using the Apulian sapling system.
After an accurate vintage and a long maceration with the dregs (checking the fermentation), it is produced a full-budied wine with a right tannin content, which can support the aging in barriques at least six months.
It is red in color tending to garnet with an intense and complex fragrance.
The persistence in barrique for six months gives it some intense spicy aromas.
It is perfect for rich first courses, for second courses of meat, braised, roasts and game.
Service temperature: 18 – 20 °C.
