In the sign of the full regaining of the eau-devie master producers who knew its ancient art, we wanted to distil this brandy through the traditional double distillation in stream of vapour of fragrant mares, divided from wine only after a long distillation. When you taste Anticaia Grappa, it is definitely harmonious and its strange shades state great retro-olfactory developments, in which we recognize the colours and the flavours of the vintage.
For better appreciating its characteristics, we suggest to serve it freshly in lithe “tulip” crystals glasses (8 – 10 °C.)
