Red wine obtained from the Negroamaro grapes from the Anticaia vineyard, fermented in steel tanks, with a red ruby colour and glares tending towards violet. It has a winery smell, a dry and delicate taste with bitterish dregs.
It is suitable for roast, spicy dishes and hard cheese. Service temperature: 18 – 20 °C.
