Red wine obtained from selected grapes of the well-know “Primitivo” variety grown in the Salento area in the Anticaia vineyard and trained with the alberello method by fermentation in steel tanks. A red wine with a great body and a very deep colour, an ample bouquet, a dry and slightly tannic taste: these are the main features of this wine offering a perfect match with roast, ripe cheese, game and white meat.
Serve at 18 – 20 °C. and uncork the bottle an hour before serving.
