Salice Salentino Riserva
Obtained from the vinification of Negroamaro and Malvasia selected grapes from the Anticaia vineyard. It is a respected wine with a great body and structure that aged for at least two years in wodden barrels, deserves to be called “Riserva”. Its ruby red colour, its floral fragrance and dry soft taste are combined with a good vinosity.
Suitable with roast, strong cheeses and game at room temperature uncorking the bottle at least one hour before pouring.
