Obtained from the vinification of Negroamaro and Malvasia selected grapes from the Anticaia vineyard. Aged 12 months in barriques it is a wine of all respect, with a soft and dry taste, which merges through a good vinosity. It is suitable for roast, strong cheeses and game.
Serve it in room temperature (18 – 20 °C.).
